I am the Clinic Director and senior Physiotherapist.

- 2 years initial NHS rotations in Orthopaedics, outpatient and outpatients’ gym neurological rehabilitation and respiratory/intensive care
- 20 years’ private practice experience including sports clubs, rugby, hockey, gymnastics, multidisciplinary clinics working alongside leading GPs, pain consultants, sports doctors, podiatrists, physiotherapists, and several other health specialists.

- Over 6000 different people treated ranging from young/old, male/female, sedentary office workers/manual physical workers to amateur recreational athletes to professional/Olympic athletes-every single patient’s health and wellbeing and recovery is the number one priority whoever you may be.
- Over £35,000 spent on maintaining and updating expertise on assessment and treatment techniques.
- Now passing on my knowledge and experience via teaching to the next generations of therapists.
Academic Experience
- Degrees in Physiotherapy (2000 attained 2.1) and Health Science (1996 attained 2.1)

I have attained an excellent reputation in the field of neuro-musculoskeletal assessment, manual treatment and rehabilitation. I am renowned for my positive and proactive approach and apply the same passion and dedication to my work as I do in my personal sporting life in obstacle course racing and fitness events.
